I personally had not try Twitter and I will probably not try to use it. This is because there is a word limit of 140 words in Twitter and people tend to update about their lives every minute instead of sharing useful information. I think that Twitter should be a place where everyone should share their knowledge and this would definitely make a better learning place for everyone. Nevertheless, Twitter is good in a way that it is convenient for people. Immediate updates can be send via SMS. I had encountered some Tweeters whereby they share information, for example health related issues. I like this and it had enhanced my learning of EIR. I find that Blogspot has enhanced more learning of EIR because on blogspot , the information are facts and is always accessible. There are no restrictions unless the user indicates so.

Blogspot is like an online diary for people where they share their life experiences with the public. It helps me in a way that I get facts about certain things and most likely the sources posted on their blog would be reliable. If they did not experience it themselves, the bloggers would not know how and what to write on.
Because of the word limit in Twitter, users cannot post very long updates for the day itself. In return, some would post up links to websites that might be of a relevant source. However, I must be careful on who to follow because some users might just update their daily lives every minute.
